Arnaud’s seeks experienced Pantry Cooks to join our culinary team. Arnaud’s, founded in 1918, is a family-operated traditional fine dining Creole Restaurant. We are seeking hardworking, positive team players who will handle all aspects of the pantry. The candidate must have a strong work ethic, a passion for culinary arts and some professional experience. In this role you will be responsible for production and plating of cold appetizers, salads and desserts. Job responsibilities Production of some components of cold appetizers and salads, including garnishes Preparing Vinaigrettes Consistent plating appetizers, salads and desserts Follow portions standards Properly label and store ingredients Keep kitchen area and tools clean Job requirements professional kitchen experience the ability to stand for long periods of time Warm, friend, upbeat personality/attitude
